Products purchased via www.seagulluav.com are shipped from Canary Islands – Tenerife.

Note that Import Duty fees may apply at the time of arrival to the country of destination.

Do you ship to my country ?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you can’t find yours during Checkout- drop a message from the Contact page.

What is the shipping time ?

“DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE”

  • Delivery time within 3-6 business days + customs time.


Liability:
We can’t be held responsible for DHL delivery times, the above are estimations listed from DHL.
Leadtime: Courier pickup next day, if order is placed before 10:00pm CET (Central European Time)
Note: Ships only on business days – excluding weekends and holidays!

  • Delivery time within 7-14 business days + customs time.


Liability:
We can’t be held responsible for Correos delivery time estimates. Shipment is handled by the country of destination postal services.
Leadtime: Shipping delay can occur due to processing time at Correos.

Order questions

Company order within the EU ?

If you are ordering as a Company within the European Union and have a valid EU VAT ID, you can submit your ID during Checkout..

The format needs to be “XX12345678” – where XX is Your country code letters. (example: ES12345678)
You can verify the validity of Your VAT ID by any Member State on VIES (European Commission website)

My order didn't arrive - now what ?

Declaring a shipment “Lost in Transit”

If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the order “Completed” email – it can be declared as “Lost in Transit”.
Expected delivery time to the recipient varies, depending on the country of destination and chosen shipping option.

Please see section “What is the shipping time ?” in the FAQ, for estimated shipping times.

 

Don’t hesitate to Contact us if your order didn’t arrive within 30 business days. As well try to contact your country’s customs service – quite often they don’t inform about having a shipment in their custody !
