What courier do you use ?

We ship with Postnord and FedEx

Orders with a cart subtotal below € 100.00 ex. VAT will have the option to ship by Letter (uninsured) without Track & Trace.

Orders above € 100.00 ex. VAT is only possible by *Registered Mail or FedEx options.


Limitations to “Free Shipping with *Registered Mail”

Subtotal amount limitations:

Europe: Allowed from €100.00 to max €700.00 ex. VAT.
International: Allowed from €100.00 to max €500.00 ex. VAT.

Subtotals over the above listed max values will only be available to ship with FedEx.

 

This will ensure us that Your order will arrive safely and that you are covered by the courier* – should it get lost in transit.

We always recommend that you choose a tracked shipping option – this will also give you the advantage to follow your order with online tracking.

  • Is registered in every location of the transit route

  • High priority handling by same courier

Express with same courier all the way !

  • Insured for the complete order amount

What is the shipping time ?

Expected delivery time to the recipient varies, depending on the country of location and chosen shipping option.

  • Registered Mail – International: Delivery time within 4-10 weekdays + customs time to the recipient.
  • Registered Mail – European: Delivery time within 2-5 weekdays.

Shipped same day if the order is placed before 2:00pm CET (Central European Time)

NOTE: Excluding weekends and holidays !

 

Expected delivery time to the recipient varies, depending on the country of location and chosen shipping option.

  • Priority: Delivery time within 1-5 weekdays.
  • Economy: Delivery time within 2-6 weekdays.

Courier pickup ordered same day if the order is placed before 1:00pm CET (Central European Time)

NOTE: Excluding weekends and holidays !

Company order within the EU ?

If you are ordering as a Company within the European Union and have a valid EU VAT ID, you can submit your ID during Checkout..

The format needs to be “XX12345678” – where XX is Your country code letters. (example: DK12345678)

You can verify the validity of Your VAT ID by any Member State on VIES (European Commission website)

The form looks like this at Checkout:
